I did not get diagnosed for a long time and finally had a dignoses of exertional migraine, and photophobia from a nice neurologist, which was casusation from a mild head injury, from an rta when a car knocked me off my bike. I have triggers for migraines and headaches eg walking on hard and from bright lights/screens.
I find it difficult as if I do nothing and stay at home with lights with shades and no bright lights, I don't have headaches so much but then I hardly sleep, eg I only sleep for 4 hours, because I am not active, I find going to a gym helps.

I have not received a diagnoses just going through the list of possible medications. Ignore what we cannot treat and focus and what we can treat with tablets.
So gentle exercise and perhaps cycling does not bring on migraines.
I get strange effects in my eyes from walking and then migraines from any sort of exertion above walking. I suffer from daily fatigue as well.
Screen work, LEDs and fluorescent lights are bad for me. I have coloured screen masks and am trying glasses with prisons and colour filters. No help yet.
Hi, a behavioural optometrist looks at the visual processing in the brain rather than the sight in your eyes which is what an optician does. Hope that helps
