Well Cat, I did it :).
Took me a bit longer than expected due to this heat. I don't like drawing when hot... actually, I don't like doing anything when ridiculously hot.
But today was pretty cool so I got a lot more done and voila :).

Voila indeed ! Yes it's been cooler today here too, just enough for me to get a few jobs done, but nothing so accomplished as this fabulous drawing………..
This is a lovely depiction of an Aardvark showing its most endearing features (ears) to perfection ; the fur looks real and, again, you've captured the character and expression of the animal (benign/slightly timid). I LOVE this creature !

Matt, do you have any objection to my saving the drawing to my picture file so it's easier for me to access. I only ask as I once complimented someone on a photo, but when I suggested saving it I was accused of theft (actual words were 'No better than a shoplifter' !) 😯
………………. don't mind being compared to a magpie & collecting attractive objects but that was pretty weird. Anyway, thought I'd better check !

You can save that picture but you will be making yourself look like a magpie that collects beautiful things though :).
You can buy that picture if you want.
I once drew a picture for randomphantoms , she sent me a card with a checque in it and I then sent the picture... in a frame.
I would send an original drawing in the post for £30.
I send a print for £20.
And they both could include a frame if you want it.
Be warned though, the glass on the frame might be split upon arrival due to careless delivery carriers.
This is of course if you WANT to buy the picture, you don’t HAVE to.
You could opt out for the cheaper version and save it on your computer :).
I'd like your original drawing Matt with your signature to prove I knew you before you became a celebrity artist ! 😬 Don't need frame or glass...……...I make my own frames & have a cupboard full. xx
