Discovered it a few months ago? Very intuitive? Thing.

Anyways, it helps. With impairment, cognition, and comprehension.

Please do your own research of course.

Something to consider?

Bless.

I’ve also heard that cinnamon is good to be using if you have diabetes.

Your right about doing your own research cos the mainstream media/government are not going to tell you useful information like this.

As with any one with brain injury the worst affect is usually fatigue.

I used to suffer with fatigue, USED TO. I still get a little fatigued but definitely not as bad.

I read up on essential oils and frankincense essential oil is particularly beneficial for the brain as it sends oxygen to the brain and oxygen is what the brain needs in order to heal.

I am an artist and before frankincense, whenever I spent time drawing, my head would feel very thick after, I would feel tired and my hand would hurt.

Post frankincense, I don’t get so tired and my hand doesn’t hurt much.

Wow, thanks! Please consider looking at my posts on MOOD fish oils.

So happy for you.

Will consider for my B12 deficiency? Brain damage. Cardamom is helping lots I think, with injections.

You can look up Mct and coconut oil too. Thanks again.

Also, does f oil help with memory and cognition?

Think cinnamon helps with that, it did with me.

I am taking b12 supplements at the moment but I feel they are not doing much for me. The one thing I would really like help with is nerve damage and regenrating them. I obviously use frankincense and continue to do so as well and I also use Lion’s mane. It is a mushroom and I buy a lion’s mane coffee and a lion’s mane elixir. I feel that hasn’t made a big difference either but Rome wasn’t built in a day.

I don’t really like injections much even more so after finding out that most of these vaccines/flu jab has mercury in them which can lead to autism.

I am actually using coconut oil now. I use it as a mouth wash (oil pulling, is what they call it). I used to have sensetive teeth so I started using commercially sold Sensodyne toothpaste which did help at first but after a while it wears off.

Then I learnt about coconut oil and oil pulling and coconut oil is so good for oral health.

I have read before that inhaling the rosemary plant for 5 mins per day can improve memory, whether it does I don’t know. I don’t have a lot of problems with memory. Maybe if you purchase rosemary essential oil it might be better. Essential oils use the whole of the plant; flower, stem, roots, leaves. I think they are more stronger to use than inhaling from the plant itself.

Omega 3 fatty acids are good for the brain/cognition. I usually add sunflower seeds or chia seeds to my cereal or add hemp seeds as well as chia seeds to my home made smoothies as all of the seeds mentioned have omega 3 in them.

No problem, anything tomhelp :). I mean, the government and mainstream media will never ever tell you all this info.

Chances are, their researchers most probably know all about the things that can help the public but they keep it from us... WHY?

And that is where conspiracy theories take place.

Why does poverty even exist? Surely governments and the rich can share their money with everyone so that there is no rich, poor, homelessness.

But aside from that, why do we have to pay to live on planet earth? Cats don’t, dogs don’t... bengal tigers don’t... so why do we.

Why do we even have leaders? Presidents, prime ministers, monarchs... is any of it really needed. I thought we were here to live life... like how the Irish used to live their lives many years ago. They would grow their potatos, sit around and play music. They did what they wanted to.
