We've moved about an hour ago to the stroke floor, as we are awaiting insurance clearance to be moved to speciality Care. As of now he has been weaned off the ventilator and did another successful 24 hours so he's completely off. My only concern is not being able to see his vitals and breathing on the screen as I was able to in ICU,so I will wait until they are done with his set up before I ask again about it.
Today is such a beautiful day I wish Tony could enjoy it with me. I just wish the same as I always do, that he finally comes to. I miss my best friend.
Luck and prayers to you all xx

I and my family friend Lauren are very pleased to hear that Tony has been moved out of the ICU.
It has been a beautiful day today here as well and we both wished Helen could have seen it to and missing our best friend too!! There still has been no change in her condition but she is still fighting to stay with us.
Thank you for your ongoing prayers for our best friend Helen's health.
I and my family friend Lauren are still praying for you, Tony and family and also send all our love including hugs.
I sincerely hope Helen can make a recovery it is all so unfortunate. Yes one day your HELEN and my Tony hopefully can enjoy the good nice days with us. How we love them so much.. Continued prayers and hopefulness.. Xx
Sounds like things are progressing for you and Tony! Yaaaa! Here's something I use to make the unknowns of the changes be less stressful - I imagine how I want things to go and to have them turn out a certain way. It's like pre-paving what I want to happen. Surprisingly things seem to turn out much better and closer to what I pre paved. Hope this is can be of some use for you too.
I've started doing that actually and being a pessimist for years has changed me to an optimist because all I want are good things for us. That does help every much thanks as always hope you are welcome xx
What we see from your posts is Tony's slow but steady progress, fully consistent with hypoxic brain damage. But for you Armani it's an agonising wait..................................I only wish we could wait with you m'love but we're there in spirit, for as long as it takes. xx
We're all pleased to hear that your fiance has been moved out of the ICU earlier today!
Only 24 hrs ago Amanda was also moved out of the ICU and is fully off the ventilator, as well. On to the High Dependency Brain Injury & Stroke ward but she's still in a coma. We can still see her vital signs on a smaller monitor because she still has a O2/Oxygen sats peg on one of her fingers and she's on light oxygen through tubes up each nostril.
Just to let you know that we're still thinking of you, Tony and his family in our prayers and thoughts 24/7 and send you all our love and hugs as well.
So good to hear that as well I looking to check on you guys today.. That's great news and I'm so happy to hear that also. Let's hope it's loved ones make a speedy recovery as we all miss them tremendously ans can't wait forContinued progress. Much hope and prayers to you all as always. Xx
What lovely news. The staff will and should take his observations and that if they are worried they will access acute help. If Tony was not stable he would not be moved from ICU, so he does not need to be monitored so closely now; and Tony's breathing is much improved. Brilliant news Today xxxx
I have been following your posts this is fantastic news, another step in the right direction.Tony has come a long way from when you first posted. Stay strong and take care of yourself. xx
Were all rooting for you and Tony, and all the other people who are supporting their love ones in hospital. The human spirit is strong and beats on. Big hug
Hi. I remember being very nervous when they moved my sister out of icu. My sister also has anoxic brain injury from cardiac arrest. Ask them for a monitor in the room, that’s what I had them do. It attacked to his finger or toe and reads oxygen levels, blood pressure and heart rate.
They told me since he can breathe I'll on his own he's gone to not need a release which is a heart monitor or a breathing apparatus. I don't think that's good because they only do rounds every hour and what if something happens it makes me feel like being there 24/7.
