Ive had a letter this morning telling me that theyve now got all the info for my PIP claim.

Im actually going to a tribunal at the end of this month for PIP. This was supposed to be in November.

I know they have all the info already but im sure theyre just trying to send me over the edge

A lot of people get overwhelmed by all the letters and paperwork they'll receive before a tribunal hearing. This can be especially true when you receive copies of the papers you've submitted!

Hopefully you have an adviser who'll be able to focus on the important documents in the hefty "Bundle" that the Tribunal will read before the hearing.

Good morning Spideyman. So far I've not had any tribunal put back, I've always been refused to begin with. However, I've finally got a tribunal on Friday, so fingers crossed for me and anyone else that applies. Dave
