Unfortunately too many people are just moving and this case parking to save their own funeral costs. In other words they are so unaware they are really dead already.

sadly people are thoughtless , whats that phase never assume malice when incompetence will do? unless you've used a tail lift it might not occur that an ambulance would need room not just for the lift but to get people on and off it.

On of my colleges had a similar (ish) problem years ago in the west end after a show with some guys in wheelchairs and a car had parked so close they couldn't get on the ramp, luckily some rugby players where having a meal opposite and spotted the predicament and provided the there own lift!
