Frustrated

Ok it’s been almost 2months in my new job“part time “anyway things are going ok I try and stay positive . But OMG it’s hard the old thoughts are creeping in and I see a pattern. This is my fourth job in the last 18 months. I really want to work but my head is in totally the wrong place.
