OK Peter, thanks for this. It's not cheap is it (thought it'd be around £15). And it's made me think twice as it warns against use for people with high blood pressure or heart disease (I have both).

I'd previously hoped the CBD might have a calming effect which would help lower my BP but this seems to contradict that. Also I have various meds for BP, heart, depression et., so starting to think I should talk to my GP ...........................though I have a good idea of the response ! x

hi cat i use a company called enjoy vaping the canavape pen is much cheaper from them and the refills are cheaper ori also refill my pen with mint hemp sold by them it has a nice refreshing feeling in the mouth while still getting my cbd fix

hi barny i still take the capsules but when i feel i need to calm myself down i use the vape pen it has a quick hit which i like
