Yep,

I guess a lot of us have experienced the roller coaster that comes with what we have.

When I am a bit down, it can be the smallest thing that re ignites that spark and puts you back on the up.

Personally, I have always hated roller coasters but now fate has given me a lifetime pass, still getting used to it 4 years on .....

Im feeling abit better. No there's no help really. No one ever asks me anything. I can't change what's happened and neither can mark we just have to get on with it. It's a lonely life though

You sound like you could do with someone walking alongside you for a while. It won't make it go away, but it can be a hand or leg up over thr steep bits...

Carers uk came to see me months ago but it wasn't for me. No one can understand unless they live through this.

Councillors and such like take along time to see you so i don't bother. There is poor services for after care in my opinion. The only person who can help me. ...is me
