Short answer yes suffer from fatigue, linked with head injury condition, so simply accept that.

Looking at the list from your link;

I do on occasion drink green tea, Just thinking about it yesterday mybe good for me to start having green tea with my lunch. As afternoons fatigue hits hard on me.

Water is something else I should drink more of perhaps.

I like bananas but do not buy them regually enough to eat, however in the warmer months buy more often for juising with other fruit and veg.

Yogurts I used to have with an evening meal.

Wheatgrass have never considered.

Yet in my earlier years after initial recovery I cannot remember I sufered so greatly with fatigue, but do now!

Thanks for the information will consider these and looking information on wheatgrass wheatgrass-uk.com/ which maybe helpful for others to browse

Cheers from Jem

Hi Jem,

I used to suffer with fatigue a lot for obvious reasons (head injury).

I am an artist and after a session of drawing for a good hour or two... or even three, my head would feel so thick as if my brain had been replaced by a house brick or like my skull was full of cement, you get the picture.

Along with that I would feel tired. It was like that until I bettered my diet. I eat a lot more natural foods now and I don't have a great problem with fatigue now.

Sure I get a little tired at times but not as much as I used to.

I do drink more water now. At first it used to be tap water but now I buy coconut water so I can avoid the fluouride in water, not the naturally occuring fluouride either.

Chemically added fluouride is dangerous stuff and is added to toothpastes and mouthwashes and other household products. Fluouride is a proven neurotoxin.

I used to eat a lot of yogurt, store bought yogurt which isn't the right choice. All store bought yogurt now is laced with sugar. I try to take a lot of sugar out of my diet now.

Sugar is classed as a poison.

I consume natural yogurt which I add to home made smoothies.

Never had wheatgrass before.

Take care,

MJ

Like I said, I try to avoid the fluouride in it, the chemical not the natural stuff.

I would get some coconut water or get a water filter to take out that dangerous fluouride.
