Something said by someone has just reminded me. A tip to improve your memory !!!

and it's also one of the reasons I try to encourage everyone t do a profile.

As the person said t me, he doesn't look at profiles cos he won't remember anyway.

True you won't (or very unlikely anyway), but each time U look, things ring a bell & U do start t remember what's happened to people.

It might take 3 or 4 times t recognise someone's profile, maybe 5 or 6 or even more in the early stages of recovery, but each time you look the more things U will remember about someone.

& your memory gets stronger & stronger ;o)

I haven't long since discovered this, afterall I've only been using the site a few weeks but it stands t reason & I'm (Mr what day is it again) starting t recognise peoples profiles straight away, so have instantly got an idea of what someone's been through.
