Nausea: Since my injury I just have these random... - Headway
Nausea
dizzy spells yes
Vertigo yes, but not Nausea, I get it looking up to take a book from a shelf or lying on a physo bed/washing my hair in the bath, tends to be transient by vertigo I mean a spinning head.
Yet to get it walking/riding/driving etc even on the buses/trains doesn't trigger it.
Vertigo and dizzy spells but not nausea
I had a brain haemorrhage and hydrocephalus. Whilst in hospital I was sick several times throughout the day, then it became every morning for the first year and a half. Now I seem to feel sick or be sick if I'm nervous/stressed. Also I now feel or am sick, thirsty all night and terrible headaches in the morning if the night before I have eaten anything with large amount of salt in, ready meal, pasta sauce from a jar - so anything that is more processed and additives/strong flavours in. To start with I could only sleep sitting up, laying down too far back caused me to get a spinning sensation in my head, queasy feeling in my stomach, also if I nodded off in the car and my head had dropped it happened. I don't have to sleep as upright now but I can't lay flat without the dizzy and nausea feeling.
Yes I was like that for two years or so. Everything I done made me feel sick. More so in the car and bus was worse. It does seem to pass and get better at least with me.
There is light at the end of the tunnel it's just a matter of time. Hope it helps:))
