Blooming thing got stuck coming out of the stupid cash machine. The machine was beeping like mad but there was the tiniest edge of card out of the machine, nothing to get hold of!!!
Grrrrrrrrrrr.
Machine sai it was out of order then, so off I went to the petrol station to the other machine from my bank to get cash from my savings, this one was fine. Went back the way I came and people were using the machine that just told me it was out of order!
When I got home I looked everywhere for my bank emergency number but couldn't find it, son got the number off the interweb, then they were asking me for a 4 digit pin on my telephone banking account, I didnt know I had a telephone banking account! So no access there. No way of knowing if there was any dodgy dealing going on. I have to go to a branch tomorrow to check.
They did cancel my card tho, i have no cash, I won't get a card till next Thursday.
Aarrrrrrgggggghhhhhh WHY ME?

I had the same problem when I tried to deal with the bank by phone they asked me for my code but I didn't have one, still haven't got one, I had to go into branch cos I couldn't remember my pin and they said they couldn't help me I had to change it online!
Anyway, to cut a long story short, I eventually remembered my pin, luckily but not before having to go into branch a number of times to get cash etc.
Naughty me I have everything written down now, only way to ensure it never happens again.
I agree with Kirk5w7 I to have to write down as I would be in a terrible mess !!!!!!! I know we shouldn't but mine are in my own little code of writing !!!!!!!!
I've also had problems using debit machines. Early on after my injury, I actually used to forget that it was still in the machine, withdrew my money, and walked off I also don't see great (starting to get farsighted), and have had my card eaten because I pushed the wrong keypad numbers. Even if you don't have a telephone banking account, the bank just assumes that you do. I would probably just set up a phone banking account. Its just for security reasons, but the it's usually free, and the person on the phone can help you. When your making your pin, just choose something easy to remember, like your mac pin backwards, or the first four of your social.
