Why do some emails to straight to trash instead of the inbox?

Thanks for your question.

Is this a problem with your HealthUnlocked emails?

All email systems like Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook etc have some sort of spam protection, and they scan each email individually to decide whether to treat it as 'spam'.

The best way to stop this is to add one email from HealthUnlocked to your 'safe senders' list, and then it should treat all following emails as safe, leaving them in your inbox.

The system for doing this varies - do you know which email program you are using? I can try and explain how to do it if so.

Hi

It varies the replies to questions sometimes go to inbox or trash your reply went to spam!!!! When the go to spam I mark them as not spam I have repeatedly reset filters to stop any forwarding to spam/trash but does not make any difference PS using gmail

Sorry for the delay getting back to you.

I've had a look into it and it seems that the best way is to create a filter with the email address notifications@email.healthunlocked.com and telling it never to send this to junk mail. Instructions are available at support.google.com/mail/ans...

You mention filters above though so I think you've tried this already?

You could also try adding that email address as a new contact which should make sure it's treated as 'safe' in future ( support.google.com/mail/ans... )

If these don't work it might be something to contact HealthUnlocked about directly. If you click the Help button above you can see the troubleshooting section, and a link to send them an email on the right-hand side.
