I had an accident today on my bike. twice I misjudged the pavement and came off my bike. I am ok, but a little shaken and shocked.

I wonder if it is cause of my brain injury and it will get worse as the years go by. I`m 38 and worried about the future. I have learning difficulties and can be quite clumsy

OK Steph, I think you should see your GP and tell him/her about this issue. He/she may decide it appropriate to try you on medication to address the balance problem or, possibly, arrange tests to look for an underlying cause. Either way, I don't believe you should ride your bicycle until you're sure you're safe to do so.

Whether or not this is related to your childhood accident is impossible to say but I would certainly have it investigated if I were you.
