have you not got one through the NHS or ABI team in your area? My OH has had one but i had to push for it (an hour once a week) but to get one privately is approx £90 ph.

I haven't been offered this, although I'm aware that I may benefit from seeing one, the NP doesn't seem too eager to arrange this. That's ok, I'll try and find one who's willing to work for my money. I'm not sure 1 hour is enough time to make any difference for me.
