Hi Henblas - we've had lots of discussion on this topic if you type FODMAP in the search field you will be able to view these.
It stands for Fermentable Oligosaccharides Diasaccharides Monosaccharides and Polyols. and is quite a complex diet, which has been shown to help IBS.
