Can anyone recommend bread rolls which can be obtained on prescription and don't need baking prior to use?

I use Juvella at present but would like to change to something without codex wheat.

Hya, I'd check these folks out:

wellfoods.co.uk/rolls-buns/

I know that they do not use codex wheat and many of their items are available on prescription, there's a tel and email contact to confirm their prescribable items.

What I like about them is that they are an independent gf company and all their range is wheat free gluten free and fresh.

No codex but glucose syrup and dextrose in all the products.

Hi Jacks, thanks for this info I have emailed Wellfoods asking the source of them.

Wellfoods products are not available in some areas because the PCT's don't allow them. So even tho' I don't get food on prescription I don't think that this is fair because It's a post code lottery.

Here we are Jacks straight from Wellfoods:

Not wheat derived at all...we use beet sources.
