It's not nice is it Michelle. I'm on an elimination diet at the moment but this past week I've been walking around like i'd drank 12 pints of Hobgoblin but today I'm not feeling too bad, probably be back to normal tomorrow but I'm hoping the past week was down to wheat/gluten withdrawal.

Certainly don't feel as depressed or anxious as usual-fingers crossed. The diet is a bit brutal but the Doctor said try and stick with it for 3 weeks.

Perhaps you need to change your doctor?

All Asian food will have soy sauce and other stuff which is derived from wheat. You cannot eat this if on a GFdiet. I do have this dish on occasion, but I ask them to make it gluten free with no soy sauce and they use rice noodles.

Read up on gluten free foods that are acceptable and cut a lot of your regular food out.
