TTA Results

My daughter got a report of 62 AU/ml for TTA. A repeat blood test gave a result of 621 RU/ml. Is there any difference in the units being reported ? AU/ml and RU/ml ?

Hi,

I fear what you have asked is possibly just a little too technical for us here. It maybe that your doctor will need to give you that answer instead of us.

Also, most of the time a Coeliac blood test looks for Ttg2 antibodies, so TTA is a little beyond my own understanding (even though I'm a Coeliac).

I really hope that you can get the support and answers you need though.

Good luck with your daughter.

No difference . They've just used different units of measurement.
