aching bones and teeth

Recently I started taking B-Complex with Biotin and Folate and Omega 3's. I have Herniated disks and a pinched Sciatic nerve. For the first time last night I could not sleep due to my bones and teeth especially, aching so bad. Maybe the vitamins are causing this? Anyone with any answers?

I started taking a multi vitamin supplement with the additives you mention including vit C.

My hips, knees, and teeth started aching so badly I couldn’t sleep or concentrate on anything unless I took a painkiller.

After 2 months I suddenly made the connection and stopped taking them. Within a week I was pretty much back to normal.

Now I take calcium with added vit D, folic acid, and vit E, as individual tablets (vit E because I bruise easily).

I eat loads of salad ingredients as I find fruits, particularly citrus fruits, make my joints ache.
