Legal matters and doctors

Be very careful of doctors, it turns out that should you require the use of the Tribunal Service for any reason a doctor will sit on the panel. The doctor usually retired will be paid a fee for his service, he is permitted to advise a Judge on all medical matters even if not competent in most medical matters. I have recently had an Orthopaedic Surgeon, retired advise a judge how Coeliac Disease, Pleural Thickening, Formaldehyde allergy, osteopena, degenerative disease of the spine, lytic lesion on right hip affects my day to day living, and of course I lost the tribunal, that is what to expect if you go down the legal route with health conditions.
