Have you had your vitamin D checked recently? Low levels can give you bone aches and pains.

I had hip joint pain you years and every step hurt. I developed an odd stride due to the graft of the sharp shooting hip pains. Somehow, it is gone now and I am 48. I first noticed the pain at age 34 while I was pregnant. I have been GF for only 3 years.
