Calling all Canadian experiences! I have a trip to Canada planned in September. 4 days in Toronto and 10 days touring in an R.V.. I am very excited but slightly worried about being able to pick up GF staples, bread etc, as I go. Two parts to my enquiry, anyone been to any good GF eateries in Toronto? Also best supermarket recommendations to stock up with GF bread, pasta and goodies please? Thank you in anticipation. 😊

Haven't been to Toronto but just an FYI Canada is on board with gluten free options. All of our major grocery stores have a gluten free section. Superstore Sobeys are two if them I find Walmart has several options as it is US based chain. If you google gf restaurants in Toronto the website Yelp has reviews but there are lots of options bakeries etc! If you are in a mall New York Fries and also Five Guys use dedicated fryers for theyre french fries. Pretty much all major restaurants have a gf menu although you do have to be sure to explain cross contamination and your Celiac! Welcome to Canada hope you enjoy your trip!
