Oats and Hay Fever

This last week I discovered something really interesting about oats.

Last year, for the first time I had a summer without hay fever, however this year I have hay fever again, within a day of trying a product that contains gluten free oat flour. Now this doesn't always mean that something has been the cause, just because it was eaten around the same time, however, in this case I think it is. Decided to google it and came up with the following article craig.copperleife.com/healt....

Last year I had been avoiding oats completely for around a year, and didn't experience hay fever. This year I had been fine until the day I ate something with oat flour in them. Thought I would pass this on as others may not be aware of the link.
