So my first day back on gluten and it has been ok, although I dont want to speak to soon, pain au chocolate for breakfast, half a wholemeal roll at lunch and a small piece of cake for dinner, symptoms so far have consisted of wind(both ends), a few stomach cramps, feel like my joints are burning up, pretty bad brain fog. I have started a food diary and to log my symptoms, just for my own reference really. Day one down!!
Have I eaten enough gluten today?
