Oh! That sounds lovely. It's been a good few years since I enjoyed shop bought fish and chips. You can make it at home but it's not the same. Wish I lived near. To go from Cardiff to south Yorkshire is a bit far. Hope surrounding coeliac locals take advantage though.
That sounds great as people will have such confidence in eating them as you will know through bitter experience etc. I'm down in Guildford so again too far away but I echo the previous comment where I truly hope that local people/coeliacs will support you. make sure your local coeliac group/society know about you! Good luck
I wish more fish and chip shops would do this. I love fish and chips and can no longer eat them.
Lakeside in Poole, Dorset. Do great GF fish and chips and even do a lunchtime half portion for £2.50. Great and nice harbour view outside to eat them or they have a lovely resturant with amazing views of the Twin Sails. Bridge. Lunch special for £8.00.
First lace I'm going for lunch as soon as I get back from Spain. They are always really busy day and night and people travel miles just for their gf fish and chips. So come on Chips shops follow suit. Your business will be improved for sure. As we usually go with 2 to 4 us. I am the only one that has GF though.
Well done, wish I lived near you!
Well done you and I hope you get great support from your customers as we all need fish & chip shops to follow in your footsteps.
