Thank you for posting this Galaxie. It is most interesting. I am going to have to read it again to fully understand this article but I remember reading somewhere before that NCGS was for some people possibly an indication of developing coeliac but I can't remember where that was. If I have read this right this article seems to imply the same. Thank you for finding it and sharing it as it most helpful.
