Over night post to USA

Hello can anyone recommend a overnight post to the USA please.I want to send a medical sample to a lab there but it depends on a overnight post.the post office say they don't do it.Thanks

I'm not sure of the regulations regarding shipping and handling of medical samples unless you are part of a clinical trial and these are collected by a laboratory.

Can't you get a UK laboratory to assess the sample here?

Hi jacks sorry for late reply,we had an emergency dash to hospital mam had a possible stroke,but seems ok there keeping her in tonight.I can't get a lab here as the test is the phoo one from USA to check for celiac disease.my doctors won't do the test as my bloods came back as <1.but I have hashimotos and my sister and her son are celiac

I don't know about shipping medical samples, but our biggest overnight companies are Fed-Ex, UPS, & DHL, and I'd guess in that order with DHL a distant 3rd.

I'd call any one of them and see if they can ship your package.
