Gluten free bread recipe???

Hi I saw something last week in the news feed about a recipe for bread and I believe it was for gluten free. I cannot seem to find it so whomever posted the recipe or if anyone has it please pass it on to me . Thanks all and best wishes. I cannot eat the store bought breads anymore due to all the additives. Gluten free bread a blessing but additives in it a NO NO :)

Grease a 1kg/2lb loaf tin

Put flour, salt, yeast + sugar into a mixing bowl and stir to combine

Stir in the milk + butter until blended

Beat together eggs + vinegar, then stir into flour mixture

Put into tin and cover with cling film & leave for 45mins until doubled in size

Heat the over to 200c fan

Brush top of loaf with water and sprinkle seeds

Bake for 15mins, then turn down to 180c for 30 mins

Cool in the tin and then place on a wire rack to cool
