Southport - any tips please.

I am going on a short break to Southport with my partner. We haven't had a holiday break for 7 years. (mental ill-health- both of us.) We are both celiac (both too late to be officially diagnosed now) and cannot tolerate legumes or potatoes or "free from" breads.

A quick Google brings up at least one. tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserR...

Perhaps have a look to see if there is a local group?

Hope you have a great time.

I have a really restricted diet with only a handful of things that I can eat so when we went on holidays recently we booked an apartment with a full kitchen so i could prepare my own meals at night and breakfast and then I just took a packed lunch of something I could eat when we went out for the day. Is that something you can do?

Yes, we are going self catering. Thank you.

YES! Three words - Ho Lee Chow!

If you like or miss chinese food, this is my number one recommended chinese restaurant for celiac eaters.

Christine and all the staff will bend over backwards to accommodate your dietary needs and they have a special allergy-free menu. The kitchen goes into a military operation when they have an eater with allergies, from what I can gather!
