I stupidly (and unintentionally) ate a handful of chips containing Gluten last night (who knew chips had flour in!!!) and had the usual ghastly stomach pains and back ache I get when I have eaten Gluten. It lasts about 3 hours and then I have a bad nights sleep and this morning just feel uncomfortable. Is there anything I can take when the pain gets bad??

That is one of the easiest things to get caught out on, frozen chips are usually coated in flour so they do not stick together and take longer to cook, its not just about cooking them separately in any catering outlet. Plenty of water to flush yourself out and maybe some pain killers.
