change in prescription

I had trabulectomy 1st August , wasn’t without major ups & downs then in Nov settled a little to 12 pressure & consultant said could go ahead & get new prescription , as I only have good sight in this eye.

So before Xmas got new specs & really felt I was getting back to normal life.

Then at my Dec appointment pressure went up to 16 so was put on Tiopex & wait till Jan & possibility of needling.

Then after seeing consultant 14th Jan pressure was 16 so decided to have needling and am booked in on March 7th

However a week after my appointment felt vision wasn’t as sharp and my optician is wonderful so tested again and my shortsighted gone from -7.5 to -10.5 which she thinks might be the cataract causing.

I’m going again to her next week as vision feels like it’s changed again. My optician is brilliant & just keeps changing the one lens in my frames to keep cost down.

This gas knocked my confidence again & really worried about having needling done.

Feels like this is never ending .

Has anyone had such changes in perception in such a short time ?
