Glaucoma Channel on You Tube-'Glaucoma Pirates' following a guy called Matthew and Glaucoma journey/treatment/surgeries

Hi all,

I appreciate a lot of members on here have had Glaucoma surgery, however for those of us that are due to have a Trabeculectomy or other surgery, there is a guy called Matthew who was featured on Glaucoma UK and has his own You Tube Channel Glaucoma Pirates

After various treatments and surgeries, Matthew started a YouTube channel called the ‘Glaucoma Pirates’ to raise awareness

On his You Tube channel 'Glaucoma Pirates', he has posted a number of videos, some relating to his Trabeculectomy and follow up treatment/procedures which follow his journey.

I haven't watched all the videos but I have found them very useful and informative, hope they might help other members on here.

yes I watch all his videos he gives me hope and let's me know I'm not alone.Think he's doing well at moment.

Thanks callie77, the videos I have watched from Glaucoma Pirates, I have found very informative and helpful, I thought it was good Matthew shared photographs just hours post surgery . Really pleased he is doing well.
