Unfortunately, everyone is different and what suits one person may not suit another. The only way to find what suits you is to try a few different kinds. That being said, certain drops suit particular types of dry eye so you could ask your ophthalmologist what they recommend for your eyes. At the moment I use Hycosan Intense as I have MGD and quite severe dry eye. This works quite well for me most of the time but I also do a warm compress every day and am careful about lid hygiene.

hi l found Xallian night very good, only use them at night. I have been using Hylo Firte 4/5 times a day but after using Xalliañ night for a month or so i now hardly need to use Hylo Forte in daytime.
