Loads of similarly priced, yellow, polarised, "night driving" glasses on Amazon. I bought Zillerate brand and have been very pleased with them - often wear them for normal daytime driving too as they help reduce glare.

My optician has given me a pair of bifocals (I usually wear variafocals) for nighttime driving. I think they have a slightly greyish tint to them, although this isn’t obvious. It’s worth asking your optician.

Here are a few suggestions for you.

Anti reflection (anti-glare) lenses will help.

Tilting your rear-view mirror to avoid reflections from light behind you.

Keeping your windscreen clean inside and out will help reduce the dazzle from oncoming headlights,

Looking to the side of incoming headlights and not straight at them can also help.
