Does anyone have problems with dry matter in the inside corner of their eyes?
I know Glaucoma can be associated with dry eyes and fortunately, so far, I have not had too much of a problem.. However lately I have noticed an occasional sharp pain in the corner of my eye as a piece of matter comes out. It just lasts for a split second, but since being diagnosed I am second guessing myself every time my eyes feel different.

Hello. It could be that your eyes are dry or it could be some residue from the eye drops you are using. As it is only happening in the corner of your eyes, it doesn't sound like something called blepharitis, which is where the oily tear glands situated near your eye lashes have become blocked.
You could try cleaning with cooled boiled water along the lashes or perhaps asking if your eye specialist thinks it could be caused by your drops.
I have this with my Monopost eye drops in the morning and have to wash my face several times to clear it. It does irritate the corner sometimes. I did have it before I was prescribed the drops too. Think it is due to dry eyes.
Yes get this all the time and for me it's definitely the drops. I find it best to blot the corners of my eyes every 1/2 hour or so after putting in drops to stop the stuff forming into a crust. After about 2 hours/4 dabs I'm usually safe. A nuisance, but worth it for me.
