Reading through some research on the website. Like the idea of the coloured light box for testing . Hope the research concludes this is a reliable and viable option .

Hi Lovemy2woofs, it would be great to know how this research is progressing since it started in 2020. Perhaps there will be an update from Glaucoma UK at some point as the VFT are certainly something we all seem to dread.

Someone posted on here a while ago that they didn’t need to complete the test for the DVLA but just needed to provide information. If this is developed in a way we can provide information from a consultant after having a VFT at our check up I think that would also relieve a lot of pressure.

Either way it’s good to see things are always progressing 😊

Thanks for that info and link Lovemy2woofs, very interesting and I do hope that progress on the VF testing moves on quickly as I dislike that test above all others!

oh that would be so much better than the dreaded vft test. Let’s hope the research has gone well.
