For those that use Latanoprost drops at night, do you put them in at the same time every night, or put them in just before you get into bed, so the time varies each day

Please try to put about the same time +/- 1 hour every night so there is no big variation between the two doses.

Same for me. Same time every evening. My consultant is very insistent on that.

It is best to put them in at the same time each evening, every 24 hours. So just choose a time thats suits you and stick to it.

Hello Trish. But sometimes I have a night out so it is quite difficult to stick with the same routine, I am a bit worried.

Sometimes, life can get in the way, and on occasions, we can't put our drops in at the preferred time. if this ever happens, put then in when you get home and carry on with your normal routine the following day.

Must admit I put mine in just before I go to bed but that doesn’t vary much. My consultant never said anything about timing so I’ll heed the advice on earlier posts.

I did not know about the timing. Are you supposed to go to sleep or can you still read on your tablet? Insomnia
