I'm about 7 weeks post tube shunt surgery and have been getting very low pressures around 2-4 causing blurry vision. I had gel injections in the eye yesterday to get the pressure up. This has resulted in a decrease in the blurryness (although still not 100%) but on the negative side my eye feels very weak, almost hollow, which is not nice at all on a mental level. Has anyone else experienced this and if so does the eye eventually go back to normal or is this a sign of things to come that I should be adjusting to?

Eye feels weak/barely there
Low eye pressure can cause a symptom called choroidal effusion which will affect vision. Once eye pressures improve this symptom begins to reverse but can take a number of days. This could explain why your vision is still blurred.
I'm no expert though so if you are concerned do speak to your consultant. Try and monitor your vision to see if you can determine whether it is improving or not. I hope that helps a little.
That's the weird thing, the vision is a lot less blurry but the eye itself feels weak and almost numb like it's weightless if that makes any sense. It was a very unpleasant experience looking out the bus window and feeling this sensation for the first time, it caused intense anxiety. I will tell the consultant but I'm hoping it's gone before the next appointment, not nice at all...
