Maybe it is gone from the lymph nodes & not spread to somewhere else. Let's pray that is the case.

I tohad 40% of my right Lung removed. I am in remission, but still have a lot of problem with my surgical area. I to have a difficult time breathing with the COPD and emphysema and my left lung. I don't know what we can do to make this better, but I do do DoTerra essential oils which seems to be helping me. My prayers are with you

Pat92345 yes i have some of the same problems with the emphysema i don't think theres a whole lot we can do for it. i'm on oxygen and three inhalers. so all you can do is try to keep your spirits up. If you need to talk i'm on here.

Hi JoTaylor , Sounds like you're having a rough time of it. I would guess the Chemo got rid of the cancer in your lymph nodes. With stage 3 emphysema, you might want to join the other site also. Its very active, and lots of good advice.I am on both sites. 😊 Rubyxx

Thank you JoTaylor

Hi RubyRed777 my cancer is stage three not my emphysema. The lung dr won't stage it. He says if he staged me say at five i might live another ten, twenty years. He says its very difficult to stage. Thank you Ruby i will try the other the other site also. Iknow its hard but try to keep your spirits up. Jo Taylor

I have to take afternoon naps I had my upper lobe removed,u are smart not to take the chemotherapy it nearly killed, me 5 yrs ago. Just had my lobe removed and wondering if I did the right thing, I know one thing I am done with doctors, I am going to live till I die and when I die I die.

@55diverme,i had chemo sorry if you did'nt see that. I had 6 months of chemo, two differant types the same day. Threeweeks on one off and that was one day a week. I had my left upper lobe removed and it was in my lympe nodes. They check me every three and six months. i am in remission its been two and half years. the dr says it is gone from my lympe nodes. Okay now what is really bothering you. Have you been in remission since your chemo. has it came back is that why they removed a lobe. You know that can help. You sound depressed you know that me and every one on here has the same problem. i'm here for you if you need someone to talk to. I'm sure some of the others would talk with you. i'm new on here so bear with me. do me a favor and keep your spirits up. @Jo Taylor
