My mouth keeps feeling sore, this affects my tongue, roof of mouth & gums, also feels sensitive & hot. I have several health issues including hypothyroidism, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia & hypertension so not sure if any of these could be the cause?

I have Sjögren’s and can have alot of problems because of dryness, i try rinsing with warm salty water. If it doesn’t improve ask your dentist they can give good advice.
Oh my goodness I've been suffering with similar and not been able to eat or drink everything tasted like dish water ( not that know what it tastes like ) my ears are popping I've developed tinnitus took me 16 days to finally get antibiotics I was crying begging for help I cudnt get out of bed to go downstairs didn't eat for 6 days just drank water which was hard to drink im on 3rd lot of antibiotics and still dont feel right i was turned away from hospital as not btringing up blood or chest pains all i did was cry beg tem
If your prescription meds include any that are steroid based, this could be the cause, its often as a result of your immune system retaliating!. Talk to your doctor about this if you think this may be a possibility, there are anti-virals available to help alleviate the symptoms.
