Hi guys so i've been really struggling with something that I don't know what to call. It has happened on and off since 2020 these episodes where my body just can't function normally i feel tired, heavy, my eyes and my head feel out of it like i'm about to faint and pain and numbness all over. Lab results always come back normal. I'm just wondering if any of you relate and how do you deal with it.
