Keep feeling run down

Hi I’ve been feeling like I’m coming down with something but it doesn’t seem to materialise I feel run down and lack of energy. Then I start to feel better after a few days then it starts all over again I feel it’s started after contracting Covid 2 years ago. I’ve suffered from chronic pain for over 12 years as well. Does anyone have any ideas?

COVID left me with several autoimmune disorders. I had a brief recovery and then suddenly lost 40 pounds. I think a full bloodwork could at least rule out autoimmune conditions….unless that is your chronic pain. I started LDN recently….take a google if you haven’t heard of it. Helps all sorts of conditions! It finally gave me a better outlook.
