strange skin pain

Hello, new here! I hope it is OK to post this question. I wonder if anyone can shed light on a strange symptom I have, that I can't seem to get help with. I get pain in the skin ( a bit like sunburn, a bit like the kind of sensitive skin pain you can get when you have the flu). It moves around the body, a different place each day, but mainly affects my right side. It gets worse if I am fighting a virus, but it is there most of the time. FYI I have hashimotos thryoiditis. Also adrenal insufficiency. I take levothyroxine and hydrocortisone along with progesterone. Any thoughts/insight welcome.
