Hello pain in my jaw is my first sign of of bad fibro flare up. I've spoken to dentist a few times in the beginning thinking it was my teeth but I now know the signs

Yes, it is most likely the trigeminal nerve. Have you had Bells palsy? There are medications to treat it and even surgery. I just live with it though it can be quite painful.

I’ve started suffering with this myself. I got it about 4 months ago. All up my right side couldn’t open my eye, was at the back of my head, my throat, jaw and nose. I couldn’t sleep for days and nothing helped not even co-codamol. It then stopped and has recently come back. I too thought it was my wisdom teeth but they all came through years ago and have checked my teeth regularly with no signs of problems. I was told to speak to a doctor.

It could be TN, keep a detailed diary to see if there is a pattern. So include sleep, activity, any pain (where, severity, intensity), food, weather and feelings, this will help see if there is a pattern or help the doctor figure out what it could be. There are some apps that do this well, bearable let's you record any information you want and you can then look at it in graph form and compare it to other factors you recorded. I really hope it isnt TN. TN is awful.

I feel your pain. I started same symptoms end 2017 and 2018. 6 teeth in total over the year removed spent thousands trying to get answers. All symptoms subsided until last year in April. Had another tooth out plus a crown fitted. All private so more money spent. All symptoms stopped in July. Fast forward to 2nd January and it all started again. Pain in the two remaining bottom molars i have. Feeling shaky have sweats. And last night had a burning feeling in my upper back. Dental hop z to increase amytrypline to 75g go back to dentist and then doctor. Iv been to nhs dentist this morning and z there nothing showing. So now its back to doctors. Iv also enquired re acupuncture i can't go thru another 12 months like 2018 and teeth removed but still be in pain.
