I think anyone diagnosed with CFS should also check for underlying conditions - like Low Thyroid - Low B12 - Low VitD. They need to be ruled out and are rarely checked correctly.

B12 needs to be over 500 - VitD around 100 and the TSH needs to be 2.5 or under.
