I would like help with what exercises are helpful in easing fibromyalgia pain, I am 78 so would appreciate exercises more for Seniors, I am going through a period if severe stress at the moment, so am in a great deal of pain, also relaxation methods would also be appreciated

Google chair exercises you should find a good deal of gentle stretches that can be done while sitting and therefore minimise impact. If you are up for a bit more effort then cross trainers or rowing machines are very good low impact ways to exercise. Another option and also great for relaxation is yoga. Also for relaxation try guided meditation - you should be able to find some on YouTube.
There is also the nhs stretch and flex podcasts they are also very good.

Hope you soon feel better....breathing consciously is also very beneficial - taking the breath all the way up to the collar bone and then holding for say 5 or 6 and then exhale slowly. Counting helps you to focus....
