Broccoli is good for you

I have just been reading an article in Arthritis Today, where research has shown that eating Broccoli can help to prevent and slow down the progress of osteoarthritis. Its to do with a compound called Sulforaphane which is present in Broccoli, cabbage and brussel sprouts so there is something to be said for eating your greens. TThis ingredient (Sulforaphane) is also an anti-cancer and antiinflammatory
