Exhausted

I'm so impressed by you all. I'm so deeply exhausted and really can't take another day like this.

You are all amazingly brave and strong. I don't know how you do it.

Just wanted to say how brave I think you all are.

I'm a wreck 24/7.

Thinking of you all. 🙏❤️

Its not all roses but learning to manage your symptoms makes a whole lot of difference. Lifestyle is a key component, just because you can't do one thing, doesn't mean you can't do something else equally enjoyable.

Give yourself time and grace. There is no quick fix and your life can still be good. Just different from what you may want. Did you take the quiz that was talked about in that first YouTube video you posted on here? That can help you to focus on the biggest issues first. With the exhaustion I personally found only using up about 70 percent of my energy each day has been helpful for brain fog, exhaustion and fatigue. And finding activities that help rejuvenate instead of drain energy can help. This last one I have had a hard time finding. Exercise but not too much has been one. Or I do energy neutral activities that take little to no energy to do. I knit and for me that use to be rejuvenating now it is energy neutral. You have your own interests and things you are good at focus on some of those see if they help or not.

hi, it’s hard but you have to not think of what you could do in the past (I know it’s hard) but embrace what you can do now. I used to be very practical and could put my had to anything, in my work (glass trade) I taught myself how to repair the glass machines, I can do the washing up but can’t do the hoovering. So on your good days find something you can do and embrace it. We have to learn to take the little wins. My wife Lynn says I’m so chilled and don’t worry about things (I do deep down), I just do what I can when I remember, I now have lots of post-it notes but do forget about them (lol) . My memory is worse now but they have ruled out dementia and other things. I know it’s hard when you have so many bad days (I have more bad than good) but cherish the good as best you can. Keep your chin up. Wishing you the best(ish) lol. Kevin
